The process of removing any existing pavement from its grade and replacing it with a new pavement. When the asphalt has become broken up and or has pot holes and deep cracks that water and other moisture elements can seep through. Removing and replacing the asphalt in these areas as soon as they begin to deteriorate and spread can save you hundreds of dollars on repairs.
