A thin layer of new hot asphalt is applied to prepared low and eroded areas. If the asphalt is in good shape, but has low or eroded areas or areas that produce puddles in the winter, a thin layer of asphalt may be applied to even out the grade of the asphalt area, which can reduce the cost by prolonging the life of your asphalt.
